This item is pre-owned, and shows normal signs of storage/handling wear such as small 
scratches. Mild dents on case back, also the band was lost structure. Overall still has good
hold, and it is not "falling apart", crystal shows minor scratches especially near the edges. 
The buckle engraved stamps show mild fading, engraving on case back can be buffed out. 
Please review images carefully, the watch is running smoothly and functions as intended, 
but it does not come in any type of original packaging, tags or purchase receipt.
